Star Wars Vas Arcano

This is one of my Star Wars Original Characters (OC), a Chagrian warrior named Vas Arcano. I was inspired by seeing the Chagrian species to draw my own. They are usually bright colors and are cousins to the Twi'leks, but for mine I wanted a color I wouldn't normally pick, a pinkish shade. I think he came out looking really cool. I forgot to add scars, which was something I planned to do. I also need to improve on my clothing designs, which is why I omitted a version I sketched of him in Rebel Gear (I'll take another crack at it in the future, though).

As far as the lore for this character:
Vas Arcano was simply a traveling nomad before the Clone War, but once that occurred he fought with the Galactic Republic to help Twi'lek refugees against the Separatists. Along the way he befriended Jedi Aayla Secura, Jedi Saesee Tiin, and Clone Commando RC-5511-22. After Order 66, he was motivated by the deaths of his Jedi friends to join the Resistance and fight the Empire.

That is the shorthand version of his story, and I may make some adjustments to it. I plan to eventually write a short story set in the Star Wars universe and incorporate my OCs.

Also, I'm an author. I am still at work on an original short story set in an all new sci-fi universe! The story will feature some illustrations as well. This project is in early development but I expect to have Part 1 out sometime in 2022.
